Everyone Deserves to Feel Safe at Home
For many homeowners, something as simple as a loose handrail, damaged step, deteriorating caulking, broken door, or needed home repair can become a problem they simply don't have the resources to address. TKO Gives Back was created to help change that. Through support from the TKO Home Protection Program, TKO Customz periodically provides qualifying home repairs and maintenance assistance to members of our local community experiencing hardship. Our focus is simple: use the skills we already have to help make someone's home a little safer, more secure, and better cared for.
A Helping Hand When It's Needed Most
There are people in every community who take pride in their homes but may not always have the physical ability or financial resources to keep up with necessary repairs. TKO Gives Back is intended to help bridge that gap. Through TKO Gives Back, we're using our construction skills and resources to help qualifying homeowners in the Southern Arizona communities we serve. Our focus is on helping seniors who may have difficulty completing repairs on their own, veterans who have given so much in service to our country, and individuals or families experiencing financial or unexpected hardship. These are homeowners who may be living with a loose handrail, damaged step, deteriorating exterior, failing caulking, or another needed repair simply because hiring a contractor isn't currently within reach. We aren't looking to renovate homes or take on major construction projects through this program. We're looking for opportunities where TKO's time, skills, and resources can solve a real problem for someone who genuinely needs a helping hand.
Sometimes a relatively small repair is all it takes to make someone's home safer, more comfortable, and a little easier to live in.

Not every home repair needs to be a major project to make a meaningful difference. TKO Gives Back focuses on small repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety improvements that can help make a home safer, more functional, and better cared for.Whether it's securing a loose handrail, repairing a damaged door, replacing deteriorated caulking, correcting a trip hazard, or taking care of another manageable repair, TKO Customz provides the skilled labor and hands-on help needed to get it done.Our goal is to address the everyday repairs that are easy to put off—but can become especially difficult for someone with limited mobility, limited resources, or an unexpected hardship.

Handrails, grab bars, steps, trip hazards, and thresholds.
Exterior Care
Adjustments, hardware, weather stripping, caulking, minor repairs, doors, windows.
Kitchen & Bath
Safety improvements, minor repairs, caulking, cabinet adjustments.
General Repairs
Preventative maintenance, minor carpentry, drywall patches, shelving, hardware.
Projects are selected based on individual need, available program funds, project scope, available resources, and TKO Customz's ability to safely perform the work.
How it Works

Tell us about a local homeowner who could use a helping hand.
2 — TKO REVIEWS
We review nominations and consider the homeowner's circumstances, repair need, project scope, and available program resources.
3 — WE SELECT A PROJECT
When funding and resources allow, TKO selects a qualifying project.
4 — TKO GETS TO WORK
Our team provides the approved repair or maintenance assistance at little or no cost to the homeowner.
