Covering, flashing, valleys, penetrations, sealants, ridge, hips, edges, fascia, ventilation, gutters, drainage, and surrounding conditions.
Foundation & Drainage
Visible condition, grading, surface drainage, crawlspace, basement, concrete, slab, retaining walls, site walls, water management, and preventative maintenance.
General Interior Conditions
Walls, drywall, ceiling, flooring, paint, doors, windows, stairs, handrails, hardware, vents, and closets.
Exterior Walls & Finish
Stucco, siding, wall surface, paint, coatings, surface protection, sealants, joints, trim, mounted components, masonry, brick, wall penetrations, moisture, drainage.
Porches/Patios/Decks & Walkways
Walking surfaces, deck and porch structures, stairs, steps, railings, guards, handrails, patios, pavers, masonry, covered porch, awnings, ramps, and exterior paths.
Kitchen
Appliances, faucets, drains, exhaust fans, cabinets, countertops, toe kicks, backsplash, sinks, garbage disposals, moisture deterioration.
Windows & Exterior Doors
Exterior condition, operation, and hardware of windows, entry doors, patio/slider doors, french doors, storm screens, garages, and exterior garage components.
Exterior Plumbing Observations
Hose bibs, exterior faucets, visible water supply piping, irrigation, drains, cleanouts, waste components, main water, general pool/spa plumbing observations only.
Bathrooms
vanity, cabinets, countertop, sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs/showers, towel bars, grab bars, hardware, mirrors, fans, moisture deterioration.
Minor Maintenance Included
Your Home Care Visit includes minor preventative maintenance and simple safety adjustments that can be completed during the scheduled visit. This may include tightening a loose handrail or hardware, making minor adjustments, or touching up small areas of deteriorated caulking. Whenever possible, our technician will take care of these small items on the spot—helping prevent minor concerns from becoming larger repair needs.
